Why 5 zloties?

I'm English but I've lived in Poland for a long time, so it seemed natural to choose my local currency.

Originally I wanted the concept to be "meals for less than a quid" (a quid is 1 Pound Sterling, for those unfamiliar with the vernacular). However, I thought that no one outside the UK would get it and somehow "the one pound chef" didn't sound very good.

Luckily 5 zloties is equal to 1 quid so the concept remains!

And also... why not refer to currencies other than the Euro, Pound or US Dollar? 

I hope Poland never gets the Euro. "The 1.2 Euro Chef" doesn't sound very good at all!
